Easy To Use, Great Customer Service
We've had an excellent experience using Notify (One Utility Bill) so far. The website is very user friendly and makes updating utilities a breeze! Steven has been extremely helpful when explaining how to use Notify and was quick to answer any questions in an informative and friendly manner. We are thankful that he reached out to us and introduced this brilliant service!

Problem solved
A great way to inform utility companies of tenant changes and void periods. Dont be fooled - it's not a seemless process but the support from the One Utility team is excellent and most of the problems originate with the utility companies themselves.

We use Notify/OneUtility Bill and in general the service is great. Specifically used web chat today to solve a difficult issue and it was all sorted within 5 minutes thanks to Paul. Highly recommend.

Good Service, Great People
Been using One Utility Bill for around a year now and our experience has been very good so far, bar from the unexpected energy crisis... The software/platform itself is easy to use and onboarding is fairly straight forward, but what stands out the most about this organization is it's people. Everyone that I have been in touch with at One Utility Bill has always been super polite, keen to resolve matters quickly and efficiently and above all, transparent. I've recently been dealing with Pauline in relation to a couple of on-going matters and she's just a star!
