Iain has over 30 year’s experience in all aspects of Estate Agency and a proven track record in both the independent and corporate world. He was a chief decision maker within Romans, serving as a shareholder and MD during his 22 years with the company and a part of this highly successful group’s growth and innovative thinking, not to mention impressive results over an extended period of time.

Iain is now engaged as a Non-Executive Director to a number of Estate Agency and PropTech companies, providing mentoring, coaching and training solutions as well as executing acquisition and exit strategies.

Iain decided to start up Crux Careers, a recruitment agency focused on the PropTech and estate agency sector, to put to use his wealth of knowledge and experience of the industry into sourcing the very best candidates for the very best positions. Crux are the market leaders in estate agency recruitment.
