Jane Gardner started as a Sales Negotiator for Connells in 1985 and throughout her 35 years in the property industry, she has worked within independent, franchised and corporate estate agencies, starting-up numerous businesses, including the award winning lettings agency “Sewell & Gardner” in 2002 (sold to Countrywide plc at the end of 2014).

Jane now helps estate & letting agencies to highlight areas of improvement within their businesses and implement new systems and processes to increase profitability. Jane is an expert digital marketer, running numerous social media accounts for estate agencies and property companies across the UK; she is a Facebook marketing manager, and also builds WordPress estate agency websites.

Jane is on the Propertymark Qualification board, writing & marking Level 4 examinations, and she was the first in the UK to pass the Level 4 Certificate in Residential Lettings & Property Management. Jane sits on the board of Agents Giving (the Estate Agency charity) and has spoken about her career at the Sunday Times Lettings Live conference in 2015.
