Track record

Richard acquired a 33% equity share in Eurolink in 2007. They have since relocated the business to purpose-built offices and delivered growth of over 260% without any external funding.

Veco has been firmly established as a leading product within the sector and is used by some of the biggest and best names in Estate Agency and Property Management. They have successfully partnered multiple tender submissions for significant public sector contracts with some of the largest government supplier brands.

Richard is a strong believer that technology in the residential sector is there to support its users in what has prevailed as a people business, despite so called disruptors attempting to undermine this principle.

Richard’s involvement in the industry extends to commercial and residential property investment and residential development, so despite not having client-side experience like many of his colleagues, he can bring a client perspective to product debate and R&D.

Working with his business partner and one of the original proptech founders, Paul Chappell, Veco has 30 years’ experience and have delivered hundreds of projects to thousands of users with approx. 500,000 fee earning properties at any one time on their Veco software.
