We use the Net Promoter Score as a metric to measure this feedback, thus allowing you to manage change more effectively. We also offer Employee Engagement Surveys and 360 Management surveys. These are designed to get to the grass roots of any issues, allowing you to make positive change within your business and work with your team to improve their engagement with your business.
