Setup / Onboarding
On average, 2–3 weeks from first conversation to going live. That includes an initial briefing call, building and training the AI assistant on your agency's properties, team, and brand, and a review period where you test it before it's switched on for visitors.
Most agencies are live within a fortnight.
Training & Support
All onboarding is handled personally by Tom Hamill, the founder. We don't hand you off to a support team.
Once your AI assistant is live, you receive a walkthrough of how it works, what it can and can't handle, and how to update it as your business changes. Ongoing support is included in the monthly fee — if something isn't working or you want to refine how the assistant responds, you message us directly and it gets fixed.
