Overview
Delegait builds and runs AI chat assistants for estate agents and letting agencies. Your assistant sits on your website, answers questions 24/7, takes valuation and viewing requests, and sends every lead straight to your team. Nothing gets missed out of hours or at weekends.
Setup is £395, then £275 a month. If you need something more complex, such as a larger knowledge base or a link to your existing software, we build bespoke systems priced after a short review.
We also design websites for agencies from £1,500.

Delegait puts a branded AI chat assistant on your website. It answers property questions, takes enquiries out of hours and passes every lead to your team, 24 hours a day.
You wake up to new leads instead of missed conversations. It works for sales, lettings and property management, and it can be live on your existing website within 3 to 5 working days.

Delegait AI: £395 one-off setup fee + £275 per month.
The setup fee covers building, training, and deploying your branded AI assistant. The monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, ongoing refinements, and support — with no per-conversation charges.
Setup is non-refundable once build work starts. Monthly fees are billed on a rolling monthly contract with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
Delegait Sites (bespoke website design): from £1,500 as a fixed-price project.
Setup / Onboarding
Normally 3 to 5 working days once your content, access and approvals are ready. That includes an initial briefing call, building and training the AI assistant on your agency's properties, team, and brand, and a review period where you test it before it's switched on for visitors.
Most agencies are live within a week.
Training & Support
All onboarding is handled personally by Tom Hamill, the founder. We don't hand you off to a support team.
Once your AI assistant is live, you receive a walkthrough of how it works, what it can and can't handle, and how to update it as your business changes. Ongoing support is included in the monthly fee — if something isn't working or you want to refine how the assistant responds, you message us directly and it gets fixed.
