The average set-up and onboarding process takes 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the completed onboarding form and payment. This includes voice configuration, branding, script approval, and go-live testing.
Training & Support
Every client receives a dedicated onboarding call prior to go-live, where we configure the voice agent around their brand, tone, scripts, and call handling preferences. We provide a structured onboarding form to capture all required information upfront. Ongoing support is available via email and phone, with any issues typically resolved within 24 hours. Clients also receive a follow-up performance review call at the end of their 30-day trial period.
