MoxiWorks is a Bellevue, Washington-based real estate technology platform founded in 2010 as a spin-off from Windermere Real Estate. The company was built by practitioners inside a working brokerage before becoming an independent entity in 2012, and that operator-led DNA still shapes how the product behaves today.

Ownership is a real differentiator. MoxiWorks is backed by three of the largest independent brokerages in the United States — Windermere Real Estate, Long & Foster Companies, and Howard Hanna Real Estate Services — alongside Vector Capital, a $4B+ middle-market software-focused private equity firm. Vector made a meaningful growth equity investment in 2019 and a further significant capital injection in January 2025 to fund the company's AI-first transformation. Eric Elfman, formerly of Onit, was appointed CEO in June 2024.

At scale, MoxiWorks powers 800+ brokerages, 400,000+ agents, generated ~$56M ARR in 2024, and reports 94% customer-support satisfaction.

MoxiWorks tackles four interconnected pain points that brokerages face in a competitive market. Agent retention and productivity sits at the top — top agents don't leave for splits alone, they leave when the systems they're given fail them. A single branded platform reduces friction and the data shows it: agents using MoxiEngage see a 53% YoY increase in transaction count.

Inconsistent follow-up and sphere neglect is the second pain. Most agents lose business from poor follow-up, not a shortage of leads. RISE, the company's AI platform, surfaces the five contacts most ready to transact each day, predicts buyer and seller intent within 30/60/90-day windows, and runs personalised email follow-ups automatically without the agent having to initiate.

The third pain is tech-stack fragmentation — bolting together CRM, website, email, ads, and CMA tools from different vendors creates data silos and login fatigue. MoxiWorks consolidates all of it under one brokerage-branded login. The fourth is manual marketing execution: MoxiImpress fires listing marketing — print, digital, social — automatically when an MLS status changes, saving the brokerage base 10M+ hours annually.
