Property Moose was founded in 2013 by Andrew Gardiner, who was then joined by Paul Miller and James Cadbury as co-founders. At that time, there were no other online platforms in the UK offering a fully integrated crowdfunding experience in the property space, and the team wanted to establish a fully regulated, scalable platform, whilst at the same time creating a new asset class.
