Property Web Design PRO builds bespoke websites for UK estate and letting agents. We have been building agents' websites for over 20 years, so property search, portal feeds, valuation forms and compliance pages are everyday work for us.

Most vendors and landlords look at an agent's website before they pick up the phone. If it looks like every other agent's site, they have no reason to think you are any different. Each site we build is designed around your brand, page by page, and is quick on a phone.

Our Landmark sites include AI property search. A buyer types or says what they want in plain English, for example "three bed house with a garden and parking under £400,000", and gets the matching properties. The sites are also built so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Google's AI answers can read who you are and where you work.

The design, the front-end build, your content and your data are yours to keep. The care plan is month to month, with no long contract and no exit fee.

Agents are not short of ways to sell a house. They are short of reasons for a vendor to choose them over the agent down the road. Most vendors check the website first, and a dated site, or a template that looks like everyone else's, quietly loses them before the agent knows they were looking. We build a site that shows the difference: designed around the agency, quick on a phone, with property search people like using, and built so AI assistants can find and recommend the agency.
