Any software that you use to collect data
Our pricing model is a fixed fee based on how long a project will take to complete. This is based on our 2 stage fact find outlined above which is free. There is no financial commitment until a project and fee is agreed and engagement terms signed.
Setup / Onboarding
The initial meeting requires 2 hours of your time (at your office or online).
Depending on your systems, the system and data audit will take up to a day, but is typically 1/2 day - there is very little of your time needed for this stage.
If you then engage us for a project, then simple engagement terms are signed including reference to the agreed fixed fee.
Training & Support
The ultimate objective for any of our clients is to leave them in a position where they are able to operate a new system themselves. Where a project results in real time dashboards giving the business the information that it needs, then this will automatically update for them with only limited internal knowledge required. Where we have upgraded or implemented a new system (e.g. property software or a CRM system), then full training and after project support is given.
