Settle is our automated solution to sales progression; we bring all the relevant actors under one roof for transparent communication. We can chase the conveyancer, keep the buyer and seller motivated so you can focus on getting more listings.
Problems we solve for agents
With Settle you will never have to speak to a conveyancer again. We have got direct access into their CMS to provide you and other parties clear communication with what is going on behind the scenes.
We also have bought everyone under one roof, meaning you have direct a connection to query as supposed to being blocked by the receptionist. By streamlines the sales process through automation allows you to focus on getting more listings and closing more offers.

Our pricing is simple to avoid confusion and keep a level playing field.
We charge £99 per month + VAT per branch/office that utilises our software.
Setup / Onboarding
Demo - 1hr
Register interest & sign documents to come to an agreement of start date - 30mins
Create and account and get the team set up - 2-4hrs (in person support/setup is available on request).
Settle can be set up and running all in time for lunch!
Training & Support
This is an out of the box solution with a customisable yet intuitive UI/UX therefore the training required is minimal.
Full support is available on request through our dedicated team of sales & support staff. We expect this to be set up and fully functioning in a couple of hours per branch.
