The Online Letting Agents
About The Online Letting Agents
The Online Letting Agents was set up by a group of frustrated landlords looking for an alternative to high street letting agents. Sick of paying costly letting agent fees, our directors quickly got to work setting up The Online Letting Agents to offer landlords a viable alternative. Here at The Online Letting Agents we advertise properties to let across the UK's leading property websites, and help landlords find the tenants they want for a fraction of the cost of a high street agent. The team at The Online Letting Agents are proud of our reputation for excellent customer service, and are always on hand to answer any queries or offer advice where necessary. We operate nationwide, so no matter where your property is, we can help! The way it works is simple: 1. You upload your property details via our website 2. We advertise your property across the UK's leading property websites, including rightmove and the zoopla property group (dependent on package) 3. We handle all enquiries from potential tenants, screening enquirers to ensure they meet your criteria, and forwarding suitable tenant leads to you so that you can have a chat and fix up a convenient time for you to show them around 4. We conduct comprehensive referencing of your chosen tenants 5. We provide you with a copy of the reference report and a bespoke AST Of course, we have a number of additional competitively priced services, such as EPC's, gas safety checks, should you require.
