Forecast - Our unique 'likely to instruct' prospecting tool really sets us apart. Using AI and Machine Learning, Forecast accurately predicts which homeowners are likely to instruct in the next 2 months, helping our clients to cut marketing costs and increase ROI by only targeting the properties most likely to come to market.
Throughout June and July 2022, Forecast predicted 54% of all new instructions across the UK, meaning agents now only need to target 10% of properties in their patch to reach over 50% of instructions.

Our pricing structure is simple and straightforward.
- You get the first three postcode districts (i.e. MK5, MK6 & MK8) for £150 (+VAT) per month and then all additional districts are just £30 (+VAT) per month each.
- Take 11-20 postcode districts and get a 10% discount on your subscription costs.
- 21+ districts gets you a 20% discount.
Credit bundles start at as little as £0.40p per mailer and you can send letters or postcards, whatever you prefer!

Training & Support
We have a dedicated Customer Success team available to help our clients with anything they need.
