It does this by calculating the planning potential, potential cost of the works, what services are needed and which construction firms are best suited to undertake the works (and are available). Upshoot also calculates the potential value of the property once the works have been completed. This information is accessed through our online search engine and is provided in an easy to understand 6-page report.
