I am an experienced property professional who started my career in an estate agency doing work experience in 2007 with Michael Graham and then starting full-time with them as an estate agent in 2009.

I managed a very successful and profitable office in Newport Pagnell from 2015 to 2020 that achieved over 150 5* Google reviews in that time and ranked in the top 1% in the first Best Estate Agent Guide in 2018.

I made the move to Homesearch in early 2020, having been an avid user of the system in my agency days, and saw the profit of the office I was managing grow substantially as a direct result of using Homesearch.

I spent three years at Homesearch as the head of training and development and was part of the team that won the 2021 ESTAS best instruction generation tool and secured a £5,000,000 investment.
