The Property Franchise Group and Coadjute sign major compliance partnership

The UK's largest estate agent franchise group has just put all its AML compliance in one place — and set the template for the rest of the network economy.

Today Coadjute is delighted to share that The Property Franchise Group plc (TPFG), the UK's largest estate agent franchise group, has signed a long-term partnership expanding its use of Coadjute's platform across the franchise network.

Under the new agreement, TPFG franchisees get access to Coadjute's latest AI-native platform, covering its market-leading Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance service plus seamlessly integrated onboarding — including Terms of Business and Material Information — and the ability to create Property Sale Packs.

Why it matters

The National Crime Agency estimates money laundering costs the UK economy more than £10 billion a year, and regulatory scrutiny on the property sector is climbing. Alongside that, recently announced government reforms are pushing the market towards more specific upfront information at the point of listing, adding to the demands on already stretched agency teams.

Coadjute has been building for this direction of travel for some time. Its platform combines shareable AML, identity verification, source of funds and source of wealth checks, enhanced due diligence, ongoing monitoring and audit-ready reporting inside a single workflow — so agents can be compliant without being buried.

What the partnership delivers for TPFG

  • Higher levels of compliance with less effort — fully managed AML across the network, not left to individual branch discretion.
  • Seamless service for buyers and sellers — one platform, no handoffs, better consumer experience.
  • Faster transactions — reducing the risk of delays that come from missing upfront information.
  • Property Sale Packs — getting each transaction off to the strongest possible start.

What the leaders are saying

"As the industry continues to evolve, it is important that our franchisees have access to advanced technology and services that help them stay ahead of regulatory change and deliver the highest standards of customer service. Our partnership with Coadjute gives us access to market-leading AML and onboarding services that will help our estate agents meet their obligations efficiently while improving the experience for buyers and sellers." — The Property Franchise Group

"TPFG has consistently shown leadership in adopting new ways of working that benefit both customers and franchisees. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening compliance and helping modernise the home buying and selling process. With ever increasing regulation and reform, we are pleased to enable their franchisees to be fully compliant, but able to provide a truly seamless experience for buyers and sellers."Dan Salmons, CEO of Coadjute
