Initially Jake responded well, then every follow up took a day or two for him to come back. Every time we got a partial support. All information we needed could be put in one email avoiding wasting everyone's time. The website showing conflicting information, but this was not picked up by supporting agent. After all, the client we were trying to help was your own client and instead of taking over and accepting the ownership of the problem, it was left to us to chase support.
