We have used a few back office systems since we started and researched for a long time before changing. We couldn’t be happier with Apex. System is great, always being updated and the aftersales service is exceptional. Far better system and service than companies that charge far, far more. If I could award them 6 stars out of 5 I would!

Great software. Colour combination is so nice that each time i use this software i feel very comfortable with Apex colour coding. Infact i have no words how to explain but its great software and very simple to use. I like this software so much that even in evening i cannot resist to logon this software. Also before i was limited with my administration function, but after signed up with Apex i feel i can handle unlimited properties. I am really thankful to the great developers at Apex. Hundred and ten percent recommended.

Having used many CRMs, Apex is absolutely the one and only CRM estate agents should be using. I wish it had been around from the second I began my career! It has by and large automated our entire process, even the most tedious of tasks can be completed in a few simple clicks. Apex has saved us countless hours of admin every day, allowing us to spend more time building client relationships and ultimately winning more business. As a fairly new CRM, they are very keen for feature requests and have implemented most, if not all of ours - and we have put in a LOT over a very short amount of time. They're always updating the CRM every week with at least 5 new features/improvements. Customer service is top notch - always getting a same day response, normally within 1-2 hours. We have recently signed up to Apex27, migrating from a different software that we have used for many years. We scoped the market extensively for a good, easy to use, and all-in-one software for several months. This was a difficult task, as many systems are messy and extremely difficult to use, or they just have not grown enough to offer all the basic features required by an estate agent. Our software is being closed down as it is very old now, so we are glad to have found Apex27. Highly recommended.

Having used Vebra, Jupix and Lifesycle in the past, Apex 27 is the easiet to use and its great that it is customisable to your needs with loads of integrations available. They are also a pleasure to work with which makes life much easier.

My last CRM host was bought out by a larger competitor and despite promise after promise, the new platform let my business down. I searched over and no CRM could deliver what I required to run my business until a stumbled across Apex27. Firstly, who are they? Free? something didn't seem right, but how wrong was I ! I signed up online and followed the guide to onboarding. I had a few issues with how to record rents and I made use of the free 1 hour training session. John was amazing and patient and delivered without stutter a training session. I feel confident that the support given will remain well into the future.
The CRM platform looks complex but once you have had a look around, it has everything an agent requires to complete the management tasks. It has a few hidden surprises too, which will help me streamline my time and energy into finding new business. Would I recommend Apex27. Absolutely YES! finally a system that works and in price comparison, blows the other mediocre platforms out of the equation.

After a terrible experience with our previous CRM provider it was refreshing to meet and work with Apex27. The team worked tirelessly and achieved our launch target date to migrate our data across which was made extremely difficult by our previous provider! The basic foundation of the system is simple to use and does exactly what is required and is ideal for remote working as well as office based. Apex27 also has the ability to personalise to suit the intricacies of our business. We had some very specific tasks we required our CRM to perform and James and the team were the only provider who were able to solve our problems effectively. Thank you for all your help and assistance so far.
