We're renowned for, and take great pride in our customer service, so traditionally we've always opted to keep the sales progression part of the sale process "in-house" with
dedicated sale progressors liaising on a regular basis with all parties involved in the chain. However, due to some rather unforeseen circumstances we were left with the choice of completely over-loading our progressors with too many cases - or working with a third-party provider who could take over part-progressed cases as well as newly instructed sales. Something that we had never even considered before. From the first contact with ASAP, I was impressed with their professionalism and structure. friendly, helpful, prompt and professional and in all honesty, she set some quite high expectations about the service that I was impressed with, but thought almost sounded too good to be true. My sales progressor, Helen Mayfield, or otherwise known as "the hounder" does exactly what she says she is going to do, when she says she will do it saving me so much time and money, which as a sole trader is invaluable. These guys are brilliant, the regular e-mail updates gives my team the ability to monitor progress on every sale, whilst providing the freedom to concentrate on valuations, instructions and sales . Our exceptional relationship with our sales progressors enables us to trouble shoot and get involved in the process only if we need to in a supporting role.
