5 out of 5 · Keyzapp is a game-changer for key management!

The system is easy to set up and intuitive to use right away. But it's the personal relationship that makes the difference. A special mention must go to Aimran, who has been a great help and provides excellent ongoing support. The customer service team is consistently helpful and resolves things incredibly fast. We highly recommend Keyzapp for letting agents needing a simple, reliable way to ensure your keys are logged out, accounted for, and easily traceable.

5 out of 5 · Fantastic Addition to Sales/Lettings Business

Keyzapp has improved our efficiencies immeasurably. With an integration into our CRM, our keys process now is smooth, simple and fully auditable. Functions such as being able to see who has even looked up a key number but not then signed them in or out has saved hours of time previously wasted searching for keys. We would highly recommend Tim and the team.

5 out of 5 · 5 Star Key Management

We've been using Keyzapp in our business since the beginning of the year, and it has completely transformed the way we manage our keys. The system is intuitive, reliable, and easy to train staff on, which has saved us countless hours and reduced the stress that used to come with misplaced or untracked keys. What really stands out is the visibility and accountability Keyzapp provides. We now know exactly who has which keys at any given time, and the automated reminders help ensure keys are returned promptly. The RFID technology makes checking keys in and out a breeze’fast, accurate, and far...

5 out of 5 · I can not recommend the Keyzapp crew highly enough

We was recommended to use Keyzapp by an estate agent we know, firstly we had a zoom meeting where they went through everything with us. Once we agreed what we needed, soon after the stock was delivered and we were given a run though in person. I can not recommend the Keyzapp crew highly enough, excellent communication, quick delivery and the online and telephone help and been really good.

5 out of 5 · Modernise Your Key Process!

We've been using Keyzapp for 6 months and it's made tracking our keys so much easier - especially compared to just using our CRM on its own. It's great that Keyzapp connects to our other software and keeps our properties in sync. We're already on our second CRM integration, as we've just moved to Street. The Street integration is even better than what we had before as it makes it so easy to move from reviewing our keys in Keyzapp back to Street's property record in one click. The Keyzapp team were really helpful both in setting the system up- especially adapting our new agency branding into...
