At Optimus we ensure that property information and stakeholder involvement is accessed much sooner in the transaction process which cuts waiting times and reduces the risk of a sale falling through.
Through Optimus Accelerate we order a standard search bundle at the point of welcome pack return, before the draft contracts are received. This can accelerate your client’s case by up to 3 weeks, so you get paid quicker and you clients are happier.

Our unique panel management set up for Conveyancing allows you, with the help of our upgraded CaseManager to create, allocate and instruct a conveyancing firm in as little as 8 clicks of a button. Our fixed price model means the Conveyancing firm you choose is completely down to your clients individual need and not which firm is the cheapest.
Scared to recommend a Survey? Not with Optimus. Part of our service includes post-report aftercare, we are on hand to run through the report to reduce any concerns.

For you our service is completely free of charge, we are here to offer an additional revenue stream to your company by way of referral fees, which are paid either after property completion or survey report issued.
For your clients; Optimus offers a fixed pricing set up, this mean that all of our panel firms charge the same base legal fee and standard disbursements. Our unique set up means that you can create a bespoke Conveyancing journey based on your clients requirements or Conveyancing firms expertise and not just selecting a firm from your panel who is the cheapest.
Our Survey set up offers the same fixed pricing method, therefore placing the instructed survey with one of our 17 RICS firms based on availability and not lowest price.
Setup / Onboarding
Our onboarding and training process can be provided either face-to-face or over Teams with your dedicated Optimus BDM and Customer Relationship Manager. The session will last roughly 60 minutes and we can offer additional sessions for one-on-one training and re-freshers depending on your need.
