We have been using Street for a couple of years now and find the system easy to use and good value for money. I like that it works with a lot of other applications due to its open API and when you do need support, there is always someone available to help if the chat bot can’t help.

Overall, i feel switching from our previous supplier to Street, has allowed me to focus more on what matters. Ive given overall 5 stars as I know they are working on a number of features and improvements coming which will improve it even further. there is endless positives, only negatives I can say is a little more prewarning on price increases, and some of the elements are a little clunky/overcomplicated (but I'm aware of improvements coming which will improve this) overall I'm happy with the switch to street, and would like to say, I hope to be with them for the foreseeable.

Their best feature, the AI-driven maintenance app, has revolutionised how we handle repairs—integrating seamlessly with Fixflo, allowing us to manage everything from quotes to contractor communications in one place. The recent addition of phone call integration into the CRM, which pulls up all relevant information during calls, has further streamlined our operations.

Having used various CRMs over the years like Gnomen, Teclet, and Reapit, I can honestly say that Street.co.uk is the most user-friendly, reliable, and comprehensive solution out there. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth every penny. The impact on our team’s efficiency and even mental well-being has been profound—this CRM has unified our team in ways I didn’t anticipate. The search for the perfect all-in-one solution is finally over.

Having moved from Alto this has been one of the biggest upgrades we have made, the difference is night and day. It is the system I always wanted to have and what I would have designed if I was clever enough to do so! There is a constant stream of updates on almost a bi monthly basis as well which is constantly improving what is already a great CRM. From the integrations, the automations, the app and just the ease of us it really is a fantastic system that has really changed how we operate as an office. The other big upgrade for us is the customer service, with live chat never more than a minute away. Natalie in particular helped us with the move across and I couldn't fault her and the team.
The best part...all of this cost less than half of what we were paying before. Wish we would have done it sooner.

Throughout my career I have used a variety of property CRM systems. STREET jumped out at me instantly as it was a new product to the market, and looked incredible. I enquired and was given a demo by Natalie Russell, who has been amazing from the set up to the after care! It’s a nice touch to have the same person follow my journey from setting up to going live and ultimately putting on my first properties.

STREET has redefined the way I work, I can have viewings & valuations booked directly from my website. The system has plenty of automation which helps when the phone is ringing off the hook. It’s like having a sales consultant working with me but without the cost!

Overall I love the STREET platform and if you get Natalie as your account manager, you will be well looked after!

We recently switched to Street from Jupix due to wanting a system that was capable of supporting modern day estate agency and Street so far achieving this! It is by no means a finished product and the amount of development going on constantly is refreshing and it's nice to know they are prepared to develop the CRM to what works best for their agents. Can't fault the customer service from them and the speed of responses. Highly recommend having a conversation with them if you are considering a new CRM software.

The whole team at Street have been great, if there have ever been any problems (not often) they jump straight on it and keep you updated. The always listen to our feedback, take it on board and look to make changes where necessary. Can't fault them!
