I've been working for 30 years (yes, I've been working since I was 2…), starting in manufacturing, which opened a door for me into retail sales.
Keen to develop further (and with a fast-growing family to feed! (I ventured into B2B solutions. I am very fortunate to have worked with and trained by some of the best businesses in Europe and across the globe, including Yellow Pages, Corporate Express, and Neopost.

I entered the property industry in 2005, joining Rightmove to help build out its lettings proposition. Eleven years later, I had worked my way up to National Sales and Commercial Operations Director, where I led the group's growth strategy, with a focus on supporting and training agents using best practices, trends, and insights - something I could not have done this without the help of some of the best agents our industry has to offer.

After leaving Rightmove, I joined Zero Deposit to help build what is now the UK's leading deposit alternative from scratch.
Since 2017, I have also consulted for a number of service providers, estate agencies, and investors within the property industry. I've learned from some great leaders, as well as sharing insights from my own experiences.

Today my email signature says Director of Sales at Goodlord, the industry's leading pre-tenancy platform, which delivers best-in-market products, services, and user experiences to letting agents, landlords, and tenants, across England, Scotland, and Wales. During my 3 years at the company, I have seen more than 1,000 new agency brands join Goodlord, with the support of an amazing team of 300 passionate experts across all our products and services.
