I have spent my whole career in real estate initially as an estate agent and subsequently specialising in the private rented sector acquiring and asset managing property for multi investors from institutions to colleges to portfolio landlords.

Throughout I have been working with other stakeholders to raise standards in the sector and was awarded 'Outstanding Contribution to the Lettings Industry Award’ at The Times & Sunday Times Letting Agency of the Year Awards and now work with various industry sector representatives and MHCLG with my association with The Home Buying & Selling Group and The Lettings Industry Council.

I regularly contributor to a range of media and have been invited to speak about UK real estate at both national and international property events and conferences including ARPM in Sydney, Australia and Real-IQ 'Generation of Change' conference in Wellington and Reuters Property Law Conference Auckland, New Zealand.

After the sale of the business I set up my consultancy initially working with The Property Academy and their Business Improvement Groups and remain a Trusted Advisor. I now provide NED and mentoring services to business owners, an Oxford College and individuals who wish to step up their business and property portfolio to maximise their returns.
