Richard has been involved in the UK residential and commercial property market and relocation industry for over 40 years.  His experience spans sales and supply chain environments building and running estate agent and supplier networks.

Richard is passionate about service, innovation, change and developing people and teams which made him a perfect fit for the role of Managing Director of Relocation Agent Network (RAN). The long standing, reputable Network for estate agents helps them grow their market share across all aspects of their business. During his time with RAN, Richard was responsible for the strategic development, management and direction of residential sales and lettings relocation referral activity across over 600 branches throughout England, Wales and Scotland. 

He was also Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management for Destination Services where he was responsible for managing a global network of destination service providers that deliver home-finding, lease negotiation, area orientation and settling in services for over 160,000 relocations per annum globally. 

Richard is an outstanding member of the estate agency community and has shown incredible support for many charitable activities over the years including taking part in the Do it for Dom charity which was set up to raise money for Huntington’s Disease in honour of popular estate agent and RAN member Domininc Subbiani who was diagnosed with the disease in 2017. With support from Richard and others from the estate agency community, the charity has raised over £150,000.
