Jack has been a pleasure to work with. His response times and communication have been excellent so far. He has had to deal with different departments ( Jupix,Alto and Zoopla) at his end, and has made a valiant effort to do so.
Massive improvements at Alto
There has been a big, positive change at Alto over the last 12-18 months. Support that was once slow and hit & miss is now really responsive. For years, I didn't even know we had an account manager but in recent times, Jack Holmes has been so helpful and always quick to get any queries resolved. The software itself has also improved considerably. Keyflo (the new consumer portal) is brilliant for fully integrated AML checks through Thirdfort (one click ordering). The new Alto Analytics is also the most advanced reporting system I've seen in an Estate Agency CRM. The new Lettings Progression feature is also promising, it's really new so still has some issues to iron out but I think once fully developed it will save us so much time with tenancy applications. Having said that, Alto has tough competition and will need to continue to accelerate their rate of improvement and innovation to keep up with the new players in the market. Overall, I would highly recommend Alto.

Alto Onboarding
Melissa has been great with getting us onboarded back onto Alto after a brief time away.
1st class service from onboarding through to every day usage
We used to be on a system called Arthur Online which was an utterly atrocious system littered with 'bugs' and 'glitches', we made the decision to move to Alto in March 2023. Alto were first class with their onboarding, training was exceptional, and everything everything was moved over efficiently without any hiccups. Alto helps us run our business on a day to day basis, it is a breath of fresh air in comparison to previous CRM's we have used. 5*

Nice to be in the zoom meeting with clear speaker and trainer. She is Madeline. Lovely and patient.
She always check my understanding and on how I am getting on. She can even read my face that I'm not sure and confused.
