As a homeowner, I am deeply concerned and disappointed by Bricks&Logic's practice of listing private property information, including estimated valuations, without consent. This blatant disregard for data protection is unacceptable. My property was displayed on their site without any permission given by me, the owner, which is a clear violation of privacy. Furthermore, their valuation data is highly inaccurate for certain areas and appears to be based on insufficient local knowledge, leading to misleading information. Unlike more established platforms like Zoopla and Rightmove which have moved away from property estimates, Bricks&Logic continues to publish flawed data, relying on unauthorised personal information. I have attempted to contact them directly to request removal, and if this is not promptly resolved, I will be formally reporting them to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
