We’re around a week into using Bridge AI. We haven’t even got our company WhatsApp set up properly, but its effectiveness is undeniable. 13 qualified viewings booked in over the weekend without staff having to lift a finger.

Honestly, we cannot praise this new piece of software enough.

After losing a member of staff, we were very concerned about being able to handle the huge telephonic workload this void in personnel made.

Fortunately, the software integrates with ALTO, our CRM, and quite frankly has made the loss of a member of staff an economic benefit.

The system works 24 hours and is responding and filtering enquiries constantly. All vetted enquiries are then automatically booked into our system diary and onto our CRM database.
