The emerging leaders course was a real game changer for MG. From the first group attending 5 years ago through to the current selection it has formed an integral part of what we do. Skills taught on the course are now daily routine for most and shared with all members of the team. Key for me is watching experienced estate agents develop further both professionally and personally. The team culture flows through our business and this course has been instrumental in growing this, with staff keen to share with others what they have learned.
