This is a little overdue, apologies Jake.
After an initial catch up with Nicola and team, we were ready to go.
For us relationship building is key, Jake handles this brilliantly, coupled with an ability to listen to the brief and deliver around our needs. Standing his ground when he felt it right to do so was the real turning point for me. Someone who gets it and is prepared to offer tailored made solutions. Funny thing is I have never physically met Jake but feel we have a strong connection, often discussing subjects unrelated to the job in hand. This dialogue provided a launch pad to a better understanding of each other and our business needs. Much thanks to Broomham & especially Jake. If there is one work on for Jake its his recent choice of team in the Six Nations. We can't have it all. Jake, name that charity.
