No longer am I sat for hours filling out spreadsheets, which is joyous! I think what we've been able to do is really get under the bonnet of our business using the Greenhouse OS system.
We're expecting each of our business owners to significantly increase year-on-year their earnings which we're delighted about and part of that is because we've got the system up and cooking how we need it to work.

Flexible Fees have improved conversion not only from creating that partnership with the client from day one saying "Yes, I want to use you and I believe in everything that you said and I'm really opting in for the saving," but also further down the line in the conversion of those clients being more committed to the process because it's created that partnership from both client to agent and they're more than likely to see the end result and complete.

When you're not used to a customisable CRM, you don't really know there's anything different. But as soon as you have something completely customisable to your needs, it's absolutely life-changing. Once you demo this system, it's blindingly obvious how different it is to most out-of-the-box systems!

Flexible Fees Driving Results & Client Commitment
We’ve had great success working with Ian and team with both their training and the fee slider. Customers have really bought into flexible fees and this has been brilliant for cashflow as well as for ensuring we’re working with committed clients. For anyone thinking about working with Ian and Greenhouse on flexible fees my advice would be not to delay and to just do it.
