HESITATED… PONDERED…& PROCRASTINATED way too long, I should have pressed ahead a great deal sooner. When we first established our estate agency back in 2004 we used similar technology with a different provider on a smaller scale and a touch screen but the technology then wasn’t and isn’t as great as it is now. After several years and the screens expiring their best we decided to go back to a more traditional window design but that bought along all the old issues of “why is my property not in your window” “photographs are dated” price is incorrect” “Is all your properties in the window or do you have more?” so I approached Steve Blackaller at InTouch Displays and had many conversations and nearly pressed the button to go ahead on a number of occasions then as always there’s something that becomes more pressing and then COVID… I believe that any negative can be turned into a positive being the ever optimist and spent time revaluating the business, our approach and how we wished to bee seen by the general public/future clients and how we can best set ourselves aside form our competitors and looking like a typical estate agent… So, 2 x 50” High Bright Monitors was the answer, our properties are displayed in great quality considering were a South Facing hop front, our vendors like it and we now have more traffic from walkers by but also moving /stationary traffic. There’s more… we have access to the screens 24/7 via their online portal, I now have full control over what and when I display, playlists, schedules and promotional adverts/property of the week and featured property etc and to top it off they provide an inhouse Graphic Designer who takes care of all your campaigns… Appreciate this testimonial could look as if I was paid to complete it but not the case, in fact I was once again hesitant as I was keen to keep this up my sleeve and away from my local competitors.

The Intouch display has been in our shopfront for 6.5 years, we are the only agent in town with the display. Used on a daily basis by passers-by we have been very satisfied by how functional and effective the Intouch display has been. The public find it very easy to use and having been closed to the public over the pandemic, the ability for people to still use the display has been paramount to retaining business and enquiries. The IT support for updating listings, quarterly marketing screens and any troubleshooting has been timely and invaluable. Overall we are completely satisfied with our investment.

There's so many good things I can say about In-Touch, and not a single negative thing comes to mind. The in-touch display team are very friendly and hard-working. Steve our manager is always a call away and resolves any queries immediately. Particularly, Deborah who is their designer has always gone above and beyond for us. She's designed many adverts and posters to display on your in-touch display to make the most of it. Any bespoke requests I've given, she's always given it 110% and used her own initiative to make our display really stand out. Majority of the time, we give the briefest information for her to work with, and using her expertise and experience, she always manages to surprise us beyond our expectation.

Having their in-touch display has really made our premises stand out and has allowed people to browse our properties and leave their details at any date/time regardless of our office hours.
