The best comment I can make is I have been a client for over 10years. I left the sector and when returning my immediate decision was to return to inventory base. The solution is stable and dependable which made it an easy decision. Yes there are more 'players' in the sector now, but given previous battles to find a provider whom delivered what they promised often being misaligned I remain loyal to IB.

The platform is easy to navigate and every function has a purpose. Company is great to deal with, quick communication and no hard sell!

Inventory Base provide first class inventory software along with exceptional customer service. They are always quick to respond to any questions I have and I always recommend them to Inventory Clerks who are looking to use an app based service for Inventory Reports.

Comprehensive platform, friendly and efficient staff

"Customer service is really great and I've always had a quick response on any range of issues.
The app and software in general have all worked smoothly with lots of updates along the year and half that I've been subscribed.
My clients love the ease of use and that they receive there own portal and login.
The only holdback is that in one of the recent updates it stopped letting me stream music or make a call in the background of the app. That means I pretty much have to be in complete silence for hours whilst I carry out inventories ( I'm sure this can be easily fixed) .

Overall would highly recommend!

The service has got much better over the past few years, the product allows us to provide a highly competent service to our clients. Team have been responsive and able to address issues as they have arisen. Agents we work with have enjoyed using the incorporated software.

Was unable to access my account. Upon emailing, I received a response and managed to access my account within an hour.

Easy to use and having the app makes things so much better, and faster to get done.
