Inventory base is simple to use and intuitive. The best part is that it can be emailed to tenants and they can add their own comments, prior to us completing the doc and sending to the landlord. The comments are still there when you do the move out - couldn't be easier :)

I have used a number of different inventory packages and this is the easiest quickest platform to use

I use inventory base 5 days a week as part of my job with my company, not only is it easy to use the layout is what makes this app the best in my opinion. Everything is so simple and the layout is perfect, it saves me so much time and it allows me to focus on other appointments that I have throughout the day. There is genuinely nothing I would change about inventory base, the app is outstanding.

Have been using InventoryBase for years now and it's hard to believe that there was a time before that when we'd use Word Documents and a digital camera!

In regards to the pricing policy it was never explained to me all the different additional costs for instance if you exceed over a certain figure there’s a 20p cost per property plus there are other incidental costs on my monthly statement that are there and I don’t understand why
