Outstanding Support Beyond the Software
"An important feature of InventoryBase that sets it apart from the competition is the fact that we can easily contact the tech support by phone and speak to someone.
Not only can we ask any usability questions immediately in a phone call (much more convenient than typing with a chatbot, when out in an inspection) - but the responses back from the UK-based support are correct and helpful. This level of service elevates InventoryBase by adding real value, when we need it most.
Luckily, we have only needed to use tech support a few times as (a) the software has been faultless (it has always been ‘user error’) - and - (b) the interface is super easy to use."

Exceptional Customer Service Every Time
I have been using inventory base for a number of years. Dan has been incredible, always responds to emails and calls very quickly. Sian has also been very helpful is assisting with locating old inventories. I never have any issues with the phone app or the web app. I would recommend inventory base to anyone. Its easy to use, stable and very intuitive. Inventory base makes my work life easy.
Fantastic
Our first in troduction to Inventory Base was in 2017, unfortunately at that time it was a little restrictive and not for us. We contacted Inventory Base again in 2022 and found that it was perfect for us as it was accessible across all devices, user friendly, client accessible and above all reliable. On the few occassions we needed support, it was dealt with quickly and solutions found. Given at that time, we had a client base with over 1000 properties this was excellent service.

"With regards to the introduction of AI to complete reports I was a bit sceptical at first but after dialogue with Rosie Hoult in the sales department she persevered and answered all of my questions and although there are areas I feel that could be improved Rosie’s diligence and patience has proved worthwhile because I’ve got a better grasp of AI and I feel that I’m completing reports a lot quicker than I would’ve done without it. Good service
In regards to the pricing policy it was never explained to me all the different additional costs for instance if you exceed over a certain figure there’s a 20p cost per property plus there are other incidental costs on my monthly statement that are there and I don’t understand why
