We jumped on a session with Simon and he helped look at what was working & what wasn’t in our tech stack.

Straight away we were able to come up with an actionable plan of how to improve things going forwards. I feel much more comfortable now that we’ve got a solid tech strategy rather than sometimes in the past adding suppliers to just serve a niche purpose without how it fits into the overall mix.
From an immediate ROI point of view there, with just a few conversations with a prospective supplier Simon was able to save us an extra £1,560 over the two year contract which in itself more than pays for our Kerfuffle membership, just with this one deal.
