Great customer service, always there to help and talk through different areas of the system. There to give training at anytime and good communication.
I emailed Chris to ask for some training, he was prompt with communication and getting it booked in at the earliest opportunity. He took the time to explain things well and run through areas in detail.
They are all brilliant, Phil, Oliver, Matt and Jason are really fantastic

As we were first setting up our independent estate agency, a friend recommended Loop for our CRM system. Over zoom we met with Phil and he explained everything so clearly and ever since then there communication has been impeccable. Whenever we email with an issue we have, they respond so quickly and efficiently. Also, they are constantly updating the system and let us know things that are coming soon. We would (and have) highly recommend them.

We are loving the usability of the platform and it is refreshing to see the constant updates coming through. Our old CRM was a dinosaur in comparison....
