As a huge advocate of improving the customer journey through both digitisation and communication; Sort Move was a no-brainer. Transparent and easy to use platform, the ability to offer the customer choice with no leg-work required for any party, seamless updates, a human being at the end of the 'phone who knows what they're talking about for each individual case? Amazing.
The ability to speed up and build a more secure transaction? Amazing.
Having dealt with many battery-cage conveyancers in the past ... as well as many traditional firms who are stuck in the dark ages and want to communicate via fax; Sort Move offer the perfect blend of technology and people to make the whole process better for everybody.
The customer comes first however, running a self-employed estate agency partner model like I do, my agents are my next biggest priority. The also benefit as does the customer from a more secure, speedy transaction. If that wasn't enough, I can't thank Tom Gilbert enough - always at the end of a phone call or text to answer questions, offering fantastic training to the team and generally a great sounding board for all things property.

The referring system is easy and what's more, there's a great choice of firms for your customers. Dan is always on hand to assist with any issues that arise, IF they ever do. All round a brilliant company.

Having worked with Dan Lawrence at a large corporate agent it was great to get back in touch when he had this new sleek platform to help my new start up estate agents, I've used Sort Move for around 2 months now and I must say it is fantastic. Having known Tom Gilbert for a while and after reaching out following on from hearing about the Sort Move revolution. I was impressed with what was on offer knowing that having Tom behind this fantastic easy to use portal, not only will I be able to buy and sell property through the portal. I'm not one to usually do this but I wanted to bring to your attention how amazed I am at the service I've received from Chloe Lang.

I was recommended to get in touch with Sort Move after my go -to solicitor were unable to help due to not being on YBS's panel.

From making the initial enquiry Chloe has been fantastic. She helped set me up on the Sort Move database, she then checked in after to see if I needed any help navigating the site, she was available after hours to reply to my emails and questions (many so far!)

The number of unmotivated and uninspiring people I have spoken to during this pandemic is unbelievable. Speaking to Chloe on the other hand has been so refreshing!

Dan at Sort Move was very helpful and knowledgeable on both sides of the coin having been a Branch Manager and estate agent himself, so it really helped me understand the benefits of using the digital portal and how it can streamline me running our business. Of course there is a huge benefit of the flexible referral fee but equally the back office support from the team at Sort Move is a massive plus, we feel well supported and rewarded.

I've used Sort Move for around 6 months now and its fantastic. The platform is really easy to use and you can track your quotes and cases. There is a great range of local law firms that you can chose from as well as local surveyors etc for specialist reports etc. There is an 'agent tool kit' too which offers some perfect customer facing documents. I would highly recommend using this service.

We find the partnership with Sort Move & local solicitors very successful. The Sort Move platform for creating quotes is easy to use, detailed and seamless, which enables us to assist sellers and buyers with the conveyancing process. Sort Move are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for the customers, the recent release of Fast Start for sellers being a good example. This enables sellers to sign up as soon as they put their property on the market, complete ID checks and preliminary forms and paperwork to be 'contract ready' as soon as a buyer is found. A great way of adding an additional income stream whilst working with competent, like minded solicitors.

I have used sort move for a few months now. I have to say when I set my small estate agency up I was worried about how I would get my clients speedy and professional quotes. With sort move I can do these quotes, tailor them to each client, include my own branding and offer them a unique platform. I love the updates I get for sales going through and also the incentive is very good for each file completion.
