As our lettings portfolio grew over the last few years, maintenance was becoming more of a headache and a massive time-drain for our Property Managers. I just couldn’t find the right software that matched our values. We’ve now launched Tapi across our portfolio of 700 properties and one week in and we’re already getting amazing feedback from our team and landlords/tenants. Tapi is flexible enough so that it adapts to our workflow and most importantly allows us to keep the personal touch with our clients.
The onboarding and training was the best I’ve experienced in my decade in the industry. These guys really know how to deliver awesome customer service and the support team are quick to help with any issues. The Alto integration is very slick – the most powerful part of this is contractor invoices from Tapi being posted into Alto. We’ve calculated this is going to save our administrator over 15 hours a month!

From our initial meeting the decision to implement Tapi alongside our current systems was a no brainer. The Tapi team are fantastic and the onboarding process seamless. One of the most significant improvements has been in communication. Landlords, tenants and contractors now benefit from clear, consistent updates throughout the whole process, while landlords have greater visibility over works being carried out on their properties. Response times have improved considerably as a result of better coordination, presentation and prioritisation of maintenance tasks.
Overall, Tapi has genuinely changed the way we manage maintenance for the better.
