I have been using Touchright for a number of years now and with Kerry's help and support we have produced numerous report templates which give our customers all the information they require following a service.

Since the change of ownership, back to a family run business, Kerry has once again been a great support to us, providing us with updates where needed and engaging with us on future changes and where they can help us.

Kerry is an asset to the business and we know that we can rely upon here if and when needed.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your platform. We have been using Touchright for over two years now, and I've personally found it to be excellent in terms of functionality, especially when compared to other platforms I've used in the past.

The tenants' comments section, in particular, has been a godsend and has saved us many hours of work by eliminating the need to manually place these comments on reports. Additionally, the availability of so many different pre-populated reports has been incredibly beneficial, not only streamlining our current processes but also helping us to expand our business and move into other income revenues. The ability to create our own templates, within reason, has also been incredibly valuable as it allows us to adapt to our specific customer needs and workflows. Furthermore, I've always found your team to be incredibly open and willing to listen to input, which is a testament to your commitment to making the platform even better.

Also whilst talking to Kerry it's great to see they are not resting on the laurels and they are improving the system greatly. I am looking forward to seeing all the changes that will be coming

We've been using Touchright for several years now. It ticks every box for us, simple to use and train staff but detailed enough to satisfy landlords, tenants and the DPS! We like that the software is constantly evolving which doesn't seen to be the case with other competitors, the Signable integration is a welcome addition to the platform which takes an extra step out of our process, as well as the fixflo integration. We would also recommend the backend service which is friendly and swift! Keep up the good work!

We have used TouchRight for the past 7 years and it has become an essential part of us being able to offer professional customer service. We use TouchRight on a daily basis and find it to be quick and easy, and yet flexible enough to cope with changing our ever business and customer needs. When they receive Sinclair branded TouchRight reports, our client landlords are always very impressed with the thoroughness and clarity.
Rachel, Terry and the team are fantastic to deal with, they are constantly listening to their customers and adding new features and value to what is already an excellent product. A couple of prime examples of this are the inclusion of features to help keeping lone workers safe whilst working in properties and reacting very quickly to introduce new features to cope with working remotely in a Covid-19 pandemic. We would strongly recommend TouchRight to anyone who is serious about improving their service to customers.

Touchrite is a such a great product, I can't recommend it highly enough. I use it all the time, and yet there are still features I've yet to try. Rachel, Terry and the team will spend hours on training and support, they continue to improve on the software and take all feedback seriously.
If I ever have a problem, the support team will talk me through it and in every case find a solution. (It's usually user error!)
I love the simplicity of the app and the overall look is highly professional and our landlords are as imoressed with the end product as I am.

We are extremely happy with Touchright and wish we had found it sooner. It saves considerable man hours freeing up staff for other things.
