Who is Russell?

Russell is co-founder of ProperPR and is putting his years of gaining massive press coverage for himself and his property business brands to good use now doing the same for others.

He is a veteran of the property industry, an estate agent and property developer for over 25 years and the infamous architect of the Emoov revolution (don't mention it though).

A regular mouthpiece on radio and TV as a housing market expert and who, annoyingly, calls the market correctly all of the time.
