Our Strategy

Worked with a multi-branch agency who had concerns their IT set-up was not future-proofed, and that they could not measure their costs and activities from "first contact" to "cash in the bank".

We agreed on a multi-day consultancy project that started by mapping the ideal customer journey. We then used this journey to identify the ideal IT set-up needed to support these ideal processes and to be able to measure from "first contact" to "cash in the bank".

We then focused on where the current journey did not meet the ideal and determine if the gap was due to people, training or IT, and used this information to create an action plan for the agency to follow over 2 years to improve the training and IT. Lastly, we agreed on a set of stats to verify performance, and manage the people not responding to the training or IT changes.
