Our strategy

Worked with a one branch agency to improve their marketing. They were doing a little bit of everything and wanted to know some technology to help, especially help with digital marketing. Upon chatting to the agent, it became apparent that they needed to think about the purpose of different types of marketing and focus their marketing on outcomes.

We reviewed the Kerfuffle estate agency marketing funnel framework (available to subscribers in the Kampus) and refocused the marketing efforts on the marketing that triggers the "book valuation" action. We agreed on the metrics that would tell us of success at this level.

We also agreed that once this "book valuation" marketing was great then we'd then move up the funnel to the "investigate local agents" stage to make this great too.
