The first ever virtual ESTAS event took place on Friday 3rd July spreading much needed good cheer across the country as the winners were revealed by celebrity host Phil Spencer.

Over 1500 agents and suppliers across the country tuned in to the ceremony which was broadcast via zoom and YouTube Live. If you missed it you can watch it here.

The ESTAS awards are a celebration of customer service with customer feedback determining the winners. This year over 45,000 reviews were submitted via their review platform.
