Leading property technology company Rex Software has announced its long-standing partnership with property management and lettings network Spicerhaart.
The latest advancement in this partnership is the new Rex Property Management platform, which is a result of two years of collaborative design and development between the two companies, drawing on Spicerhaart's experience of managing hundreds of thousands of tenancies and Rex’s expertise in producing advanced PropTech solutions.

Spicerhaart has invested £1.7 million over five years into the platform to help its 200-strong property management team navigate an increasingly complex UK regulatory environment, which has seen significant recent changes including the Renters’ Rights Act.
The partnership is the latest advancement in the businesses’ existing relationship, now spanning both estate agency and property management, with Spicerhaart already utilising most of the full ecosystem of Rex products alongside Rex CRM and Rex Reach .
