How ESTAS Reviews are helping Agents & Suppliers

The ESTAS Estate and Letting Agent Awards were launched In 2003 and were set up to measure the levels of customer service in the estate agent industry, from the beginning the awards were based purely on customer ratings. Today ESTAS is the customer review and awards platform for the property sector. Agents, mortgage brokers, conveyancers and suppliers all use the platform to generate trusted reviews from their respective clients.

What's happening with this year's ESTAS awards ceremony?

The ESTAS Awards ceremony is on the biggest dates in the estate agency calendar. Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this year's awards ceremony at Grosevenor House has been cancelled. HOWEVER, the show will go on. And it will go on in the form of a virtual event on Friday 3rd July. The entertainment will start at 3pm with a pre-awards build up and Phil Spencer will announce the award winners from this years shortlists at 4pm. It's free to attend.
