There has been a big, positive change at Alto over the last 12–18 months. Support that was once slow and hit & miss is now really responsive. For years, I didn't even know we had an account manager but in recent times, Jack Holmes has been so helpful and always quick to get any queries resolved.

The software itself has also improved considerably. Keyflo (the new consumer portal) is brilliant for fully integrated AML checks through Thirdfort (one click ordering). The new Alto Analytics is also the most advanced reporting system I've seen in an Estate Agency CRM. The new Lettings Progression feature is also promising, it's really new so still has some issues to iron out but I think once fully developed it will save us so much time with tenancy applications. Overall, I would highly recommend Alto.

 

In short, Alto feels like a platform that’s been quietly getting its house in order — and agents are noticing.
