Every lead generated through an Estate Track website, from valuation requests to viewing enquiries and mortgage enquiries, is automatically delivered to the agent’s Alto dashboard, ready for the team to manage and progress.

The integration is designed to be up and running in under five minutes. Agents simply request it from the Alto Marketplace, enter their key in Estate Track, and the two platforms are live and synchronised, with no technical knowledge or complex configuration required.

A powerful two-way workflow

The integration works in both directions. Website leads flow into Alto automatically, while rich client data held in Alto, including fields such as client type, position and budget, syncs back to Estate Track to power sophisticated, personalised marketing automation.

With Alto and Estate Track integrated, agents can:
