In March, Property Industry Eye shared the findings of a secret filming project by BestAgent. The film offered vendors great advice on how to find and engage the best agent to deliver the best value sale. It also confirmed the age-old adage that 'people buy from people'.

So, how did it feel to be one of the agents scrutinized during the secret filming?

We were delighted to see the local EweMove agent contacted as one of the 18 invited to carry out an appraisal. During the filming, her consistent, personal approach and strong strategy to maximise sale value put her firmly top of the flock.

Amy Dodd, from EweMove Taunton, joined our franchise family in 2020 when she felt something was missing from her previous role in estate agency.She would start the relationship with a vendor, promise them the best service in good faith, but not always have the opportunity to own the process from start to finish.
